FAQs: Getting to Know Celebrate The Day
Our success is dependent on much more than selling one thing to you one time. We must build a relationship with you that focus on serving repeat and loyal customers with consistent quality service and value. Hiding anything from you is not going to help achieve our goals. Much of the questions and concerns that we receive are answered within this site already. Please take a moment to look around, especially at our shipping and policy pages. This will save you time in getting answers to your questions.
We are a privately owned and operated business that is large enough to offer you a variety of excellent products but small enough to provide you with personal service. Providing a variety of Ladybug themed gifts, Photo Frames as well as over 700 balloon designs and shapes for flat purchase, Helium Balloon Bouquets, Candy Bouquets and Gift Delivery in Franklin, Brentwood, Nashville TENNESSEE. Costumed Characters are available for children's parties as well as adult parties. Celebrate The Day opened February 2002. Our goal is to offer products and services most of the local shops do not offer. We are committed to providing you with top quality products, accurate and careful packaging, fast shipping and excellent customer service through the entire process.
We accept money orders and cashier's check by MAIL. All major credit cards are accepted for on-line and phone orders. Sorry, NO Personal checks accepted!

How can I place an order?
Customers can launch an e-order by using the secure paypal shopping cart. Please include your contact phone number and occasion date in the box at check out. There is NO minimum purchase.
Call us to pay using any major credit card or E-mail your order to partyshop37174@aol.com. Billing Address, Shipping Address, Quantity and Merchandise Descriptions must be included. This is requested to reduce errors of any information provided to us and for your records to have a copy of what information you submitted. We will accept Visa and Mastercard payment information by phone. Occasionally, if we are in the office and a message is left after hours, we'll call you the same evening.
On-line Payment security...?
We offer a secure online checkout via Paypal. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, we won't receive your sensitive financial information (like your credit card or bank account number). We simply receive your order with the shipping information and your e-mail address. (For more in-depth information on Paypal, go to www.paypal.com). PayPal gives you the option of becoming a PayPal member, but it is not required.
Does Celebrate The Day have a toll free number?
We do not have a toll free number to keep product costs down. If you prefer, we are happy to call you. Just send us an email with your contact information and best time to reach you. It's as simple as that.
When will my order ship?
Orders of in stock merchandise placed by 2 PM Central Time will ship the same day (Monday - Friday). Orders of in stock merchandise placed later in the day will go out the following business day.
Priority Mail takes 2-3 Days within the United States. UPS Ground in the Continental US is usually 3-5 Days depending on how close your state is to Tennessee.
UPS 2nd Day and Next Day air services are shipped the same day when orders are placed by 2 PM central time Monday - Friday.
Orders with out of stock items ship 2-3 business days from the date your order is placed.
Does CTD ship gifts to an address other than my billing address?
Yes we do.
Adding a message to your gift order...
A message card will be included with your gift(s). When you check out, add the recipient information and message for the card in the notes box. Orders places without a message will simply indicate that the gift was sent from you. If you want your gift sent anonymously, please indicate this in the message option when you place your order.
What time can Celebrate The Day be reached by phone?
We can be reached by phone at (615) 794-5289 Monday - Friday 8AM-2PM {summer hours} Central Time.
Does CTD have affiliates for delivery in areas outside of Middle Tennessee?
Because of the selection of merchandise and pricing we are NOT affiliated with other balloon delivery companies or flower shops.
Does CTD have a catalog?
CTD has the Balloons, Decorating Solutions and Gifts for all your needs. We currently do not have a printed catalog in order to keep customer pricing low. All of the items we carry are shown in our on-line catalog. If you are looking for a specific item and can not find it on our website, please contact us and we'll direct you to the right page.
Does CTD carry any holiday or seasonal merchandise?
Yes, CTD carries several holiday and seasonal products. This merchandise is featured on the specific holiday page available 4 weeks prior up to the holiday.
Does CTD custom imprint on balloons?
Not at this time.
What do I do if I receive defective merchandise?
In the event that you receive defective merchandise, call CTD with a description of the defective product within 48 hours of receipt. If the merchandise is damaged in shipping, save the box and packing materials. Do not discard any damaged merchandise or packing materials until you speak with a Customer Service Representative and they instruct you to do so. We cannot be held responsible for damage or shortages not reported within 48 hours. Insurance is included for all methods of shipping. In the event you do not receive your package on the scheduled day of delivery, contact us immediately. If you have the tracking number, you can call them directly or contact us to find out what has happened to your package.

What is CTDs privacy policy?
We at Celebrate The Day are committed to honoring your privacy. Your name and contact information will not be sold, rented or traded to a third party.

~~~> Then you can complete your transaction on-line, safely and securely. List the Occasion Date for your party or event, as well as your Contact Number in the special instructions of the paypal shopping cart. This will be used to promptly process your order in case there are any questions or out of stock merchandise. Without this information your order could be delayed if you can not be reached by e-mail.
When possible, order 6 days in advance to ensure your order arrives before your party date. We want to make your party and gift planning as easy as possible. Purchasing balloons without helium will save you on shipping costs. You can buy a "Balloon Time" disposable tank from a local party store or they can fill them (rates vary). Welding stores also rent tanks between $30 - $45.
Please email or call before you mail a non-credit card payment to calculate shipping costs.
