A unique cloverleaf effect allows you to inflate four balloons at once to an exact, uniform size and string them together with ribbon for a finished arch. Balloons can be filled days in advance and strung together in minutes at the event site. Small inflated balloons measure 16" diameter x 3.875" depth. (approximately 40 will make a 12 foot column). And Of Course, All Kits Include an Instruction Page with a photo image of the finished product.
