We're celebrating 10 years of decorating with balloons here in Middle Tennessee. We have had the honor of decorating for Plumgood Foods,   the Factory at Franklin,   Home Depot, Cold Water Creek, Origina Salon,    Amerigroup, St Thomas Hospital,    Baptist Hospital,    State Farm Insurance of Murfreesboro, Nashville Humane Society,    Metro Ready Mix, Vanderbilt University at Nashville Marriott,   Belmont University, Brentwood Library, World Market, Healthways, Antioch Together, Mars Petcare, as well as for birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers and other events for families and children's parties.

We work with clients who have events at the Cool Springs Marriott on a regular basis. From Avon award banquets to school events to corporate christmas parties. We are professionally trained balloon decorators. For any style of balloon decorating to be "professional", the balloons must be properly sized, timely inflated, artfully arranged, and sometimes treated to protect them from deflating, bursting or oxidizing.

Celebrate The Day has the equipment to hang decorations

from ceilings that have metal. We use a magnet hanging system. It's perfect for school and recreational gyms, Car Dealerships, Grocery Markets and Department Stores. This includes tulle, drapery and air-filled balloon decor. Balloons look great for weeks, with no concern for helium costs.

Fill up a large area with hanging air-filled columns. They can be made to any height or color specification, with a giant latex or foil balloon at the bottom. They will definately help bring attention to a special area or promotion in a trade booth! Imprinted balloons can be added throughout or at the bottom to provide advertising space (imprinted balloons are available at an additional charge). A 4 foot column with 3 foot latex balloon starts at $65. That's a 7ft colorful balloon decoration suspended in air to give your event a WOW factor!

If your having an event at one of the many hotels in our area, you won't have to worry about helium balloons getting loose and the hotel charging an expensive fee to get fly away balloons down. The only direction for an air-filled balloon to go is down.

Some of the decor we can hang from ceilings: flowers, balls, stars, columns, garlands. Ceiling decor is also great at events with kids. You won't have to worry about balloon bouquets from the tables being carried around the room! =o)

WHERE TO START:
Please search the photo gallery for samples of the different arch styles. Arch prices vary according to size, decoration set-up window, type of balloons, and how long the arch needs to last. The delivery/set-up charge for decorating typically starts at $25. If the balloon crew must return to pick up equipment and take down the décor, there is generally a $40 fee. Distance, delivery time window, and size of the order may effect the delivery and strike fees. All clients receive a comprehensive written price quote to approve before the job is confirmed.

To truly be able to get an accurate estimate, Celebrate The Day needs to know things like the location of the venue, the set-up window, the ceiling height, how long the balloons need to float, colors and any other details/concerns you have. This can often be done with a telephone conversation while using this site's photo gallery.
