We'll help you stay within your budget!

This is our 9th year decorating with balloons here in Middle Tennessee. We have had the honor of decorating for Plumgood Foods,   the Factory at Franklin,   Home Depot, Cold Water Creek, Origina Salon,    Amerigroup, St Thomas Hospital,    Baptist Hospital,    State Farm Insurance of Murfreesboro, Nashville Humane Society,    Metro Ready Mix, Vanderbilt University,   Belmont University,    World Market as well as for birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers and other events for families and children's parties.

We work with clients who have events at the Cool Springs Marriott on a regular basis. From Avon award banquets to school events to corporate christmas parties.

WHERE TO START:
Please search the photo gallery for samples of the different arch styles. Arch prices vary according to size, decoration set-up window, type of balloons, and how long the arch needs to last. The delivery/set-up charge for decorating typically starts at $25.00. If the balloon crew must return to strike the décor, there is generally a $75.00 strike fee. Distance, delivery time window, and size of the order may effect the delivery and strike fees. All clients receive a comprehensive written price quote to approve before the job is confirmed.

To truly be able to get an accurate estimate, Celebrate The Day needs to know things like the location of the venue, the set-up window, the ceiling height, how long the balloons need to float, colors and any other details/concerns you have. This can often be done with a telephone conversation while using this site's photo gallery.

Megaloons are fantastic products for personalizing your event! Measuring 40 inches, Megaloons can be used in arches, columns, bouquets, canopies and more.

Other balloons, such as prints or foils can be added at additional costs. We carry over 700 balloon designs.

How long do your balloons last?
11" helium filled latex balloons will normally last 10-12 hours, although flying times can be affected by things like temperature and humidity. However, we can treat our balloons to last for 3 to seven days. This type of treatment works well for conventions where you may need your balloons to last for 3 days or more. Another option is to use mylar balloons which last from 3 - 7 days without special treatment. Larger balloons will last longer than standard sized balloons.

Do you come out and decorate?
Absolutely! We specialize in decorating events. While we mostly do corporate events, conventions and public events, we also do wonderful arrangements for birthdays, showers, all kinds of celebrations.

Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver small arrangements. We also deliver large clusters and a wide range of other decorations for your parties at home or at work.

Do you have a minimum order?
No, but please remember that we do have to charge for our mileage and time for making deliveries. The cost is based on the mileage we have to travel.

How long in advance do I have to book and pay?
We usually ask for full details and payment 14 day in advance. There can be some exceptions, and it can be possible to add or change things nearer the date. But if your changes require additional items that we do not have, and we do not have time to order normally, there may be a small fee.

Do you do packages?
Yes we do, but we prefer to build a package especially for you to give you the best value. Another option is to tell us what your decorating budget is and allow us to create a custom package to best use your budget effectively, and give you the best package for your money.
