Order Processing
Most domestic orders placed before 3pm central time Monday through Friday usually leave our location same day or in 1 business day.
NOTE: Standard delivery options are First Class Mail, Priority Mail and UPS Ground with insurance and tracking capability {based upon order total}. USPS Express Mail 1-2 Day. We can upgrade the shipping on your order via phone.
We DO ship to United States, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam. * EXPRESS MAIL AND UPS NEXT DAY, 2ND DAY SERVICES REQUIRE a Signature!!!
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. We ship to U.S. military addresses worldwide via USPS Priority Mail. To receive the correct shipping, please select the Priority Shipping Method in the shipping drop down in your cart. Please do not select any other shipping option, as they will not work with APO/FPO addresses.
All orders will ship through USPS to the military post office in about 6-10 business days. Delivery times will vary based on the military location.

How does CTD ship packages?
All Orders are shipped Priority Mail or UPS Ground with delivery confirmation and insurance unless you upgrade to UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Delivery. We have added an option for First Class Mail for orders under $10.

When will my order ship?
Orders of in stock merchandise placed by 3 PM Central Time will ship the same day (Monday-Saturday) from Franklin, TN 37067. Orders placed after 3 PM will ship out the following business day unless shipping is upgraded to UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day.

What information do I need to provide for shipping?
UPS does NOT deliver to PO BOXES! We will need your physical address and contact phone number for shipping purposes. Please add this information to the special instructions when you check out on-line as well as the occasion date for the use of the merchandise.
If you are sending a gift to a different address, please provide the recipient's name, phone number, and physical address.

What are the transit times?
Priority Mail and UPS Ground ~ Packages usually take 2-5 days to arrive in any state Nationwide. Neither Priority Mail or UPS Ground is guaranteed to arrive on any particular day.
Other Information
**UPS does NOT include Saturday and Sunday as shipping days. For example, your package ships on Thursday and the transit time is 2 days, count Friday as 1 day, Monday (2nd day) the package would arrive.
